About Alma Decor
Most interiors go wrong at the handoffs — between the designer and the carpenter, the carpenter and the electrician, the electrician and the painter. We took all of them in-house.
Our story
Twelve years, one stubborn idea
Alma Decor started in 2013 as a two-person joinery workshop making wardrobes for a single builder. The work was good. The experience for the homeowner was not — because we were one vendor among six, and the six of us never agreed on anything.
So we started absorbing the other trades. Design first, then electrical, then ceilings, then civil work and painting. By 2019 we had our own manufacturing facility, which meant the cabinetry stopped being cut on the client’s living room floor.
What we sell now is not really furniture. It is the absence of coordination — one contract, one quotation, one project manager, and one team whose name is on every part of the result.

Our mission
To make a complete interior a single decision rather than a six-month project management job. One design, one price, one team — so the client can go back to their actual life while we build the space.
Our vision
To be the studio people recommend without qualification — where the follow-up sentence is never “but be ready to chase them”. We would rather grow slowly and keep that sentence unspoken.

One team holds the whole scope. When something goes wrong, there is nobody else to point at — and that changes how carefully the work gets done.

Itemised quotations, published material grades and a written warranty. If we will not put a number in writing, we will not quote it.
Craft
Factory tolerances on the joinery, licensed trades on the services, and a snag list walked with you before we hand over the keys.
Respect for the client
A ₹6 lakh flat gets the same project manager and the same 3D process as a ₹50 lakh villa. Budget decides scope, never service.

Milestones
2013
Founded as a joinery workshop

Moved production in-house — better tolerances, shorter installation windows.
2022
Commercial division
Offices, clinics and cafés, executed around client operating hours.

480 projects handed over
A design, production and installation team of more than forty people.

If it fails inside the warranty, we come back and fix it.
