Question 1

How much does a home interior cost?

Accepted Answer

As a working range, a 2BHK typically lands between ₹6 and ₹14 lakh, a 3BHK between ₹10 and ₹25 lakh, and villas from ₹30 lakh upward. The spread is wide because material grade moves the number more than square footage does — the same 3BHK in laminate versus acrylic and veneer can differ by 60%. Use our cost calculator for an indicative range, then a site visit and a detailed BOQ give you the real figure.

Question 2

How long does an interior project take?

Accepted Answer

From signed approval to handover: 30 — 45 days for a 1BHK or 2BHK, 55 — 90 days for a 3BHK or 4BHK, and 90 — 120 days for a villa. Add roughly three weeks before that for design, material selection and quotation. Commercial fit-outs are scheduled around your operating hours and are quoted with a fixed handover date.

Question 3

Do you provide 3D designs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and before you commit to production rather than after. You receive photorealistic 3D renders of every room, with two revision rounds included in the standard scope. Nothing goes into manufacturing until you have approved the render for that room.

Question 4

Do you provide site visits?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and the first one is free. Our team carries out a laser-measured survey, checks level and plumb, and records existing electrical and plumbing positions. We measure the space as built rather than trusting the builder drawing, because the two rarely match exactly.

Question 5

Do you provide customised furniture?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Beds, sofas, dining tables, study desks, consoles and storage units are all made to your dimensions in our own facility, in finishes that match the fitted joinery. Custom furniture typically takes 18 — 35 days depending on complexity and upholstery.

Question 6

What materials do you use?

Accepted Answer

BWP 710-grade plywood in wet zones, MR 303-grade or HDHMR elsewhere, with laminate, acrylic, PU, membrane or natural veneer finishes. Hardware is branded — Hettich, Hafele or Ebco — with published cycle ratings. Countertops are quartz, granite or marble. Every material and grade is written into your quotation, so you know exactly what has been priced.

Question 7

Do you provide warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in writing. Up to 10 years on factory-manufactured products, up to 5 years on installation workmanship, and up to 10 years on branded hardware, registered in your name with the manufacturer. You receive the certificates at handover along with a care guide and a named service contact.

Question 8

Do you handle electrical and civil work?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that is the point of the complete-solutions model. Civil work, plumbing shifts, electrical rewiring, false ceiling, flooring and painting are all in scope under one project manager. Electrical work is carried out by licensed electricians and handed over with a load test certificate.

Question 9

Can customers choose their own materials?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can select from our catalogue or specify a brand and shade you have already chosen. If you supply materials yourself we will install them, though the product warranty then sits with your supplier and our warranty covers workmanship only.

Question 10

Do you work outside the city?

Accepted Answer

We work across the metropolitan area as standard, and take on projects in surrounding districts where the scope justifies the travel. Outstation projects carry a mobilisation charge that is quoted transparently upfront. Ask us about your location and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it well.

Question 11

What is the payment schedule?

Accepted Answer

Typically 10% to confirm the design phase, 40% on approval of the final quotation to release production, 40% before dispatch and installation, and the final 10% only after your snag list is cleared at handover. The full schedule is written into your contract before you pay anything.

Question 12

How does the quotation process work?

Accepted Answer

After the site visit and design approval, you receive a line-by-line BOQ — every unit priced by its dimension, material and finish. Nothing is a lump sum, so you can see what any single wardrobe costs and remove or downgrade it. Once you sign, the scope and the price are frozen; later changes are quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.

Question 13

Can I see materials physically before deciding?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we insist on it. Screens misrepresent colour and no render conveys how a shutter finish feels. We bring physical samples of the laminate, veneer, quartz and hardware to you, or you can visit the studio to see full-size panels.

Question 14

What happens if the project runs late?

Accepted Answer

Your contract carries a committed handover date. If we are late for reasons within our control, the delay clause in your agreement applies. Delays caused by client-side changes, society restrictions or pending approvals are documented as they happen so the revised date is agreed rather than assumed.

Question 15

Do I have to redo the whole home at once?

Accepted Answer

No. Many clients start with the kitchen and wardrobes and add rooms later. We will design the full home so the phases stay visually coherent, then execute only the scope you are ready to fund now.
